To begin, we must confess that this guide is not intended for a genuine vagabond. A vagabond is a cute name for a poor homeless drifter. Although it's possible a few found this page while stinking up the public library, we should disclose that we're writing this with the intent to guide like minded individuals; those of us who have grown tired of the everyday and need help escaping their usual routine. Our opinions and advice will not follow the typical “how to” approach, and will not serve as an instruction manual for every Joe Schmoe out there. No offense Joe Schmoe.
We have learned much during our brief existence, and can attribute most of our ideals to a combination of growing up in conservative New England, while dreaming for something more than the typical 9 to 5 lifestyle. We rarely meet others with a similar agenda as our own, but can easily pick up on that classic sense of entrapment and social confinement. Our people are everywhere; those who want more out of life, and are not willing to let time slip by without something worthwhile to remember.
